What is your warranty policy?

COCOMI warrants your watch against defects in materials and workmanship under the terms and conditions of the warranty, from the date of purchase. The warranty coverage is based on the individual brand, subjected to changes by COCOMI. The warranty will apply for all watches sold under COCOMI Global (HK) LIMITED unless stated otherwise.

The warranty covers the following components: the watch movement, hands and dial. Should a covered component be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period under normal use, COCOMI will to the best of its ability, fix the watch. In addition, the watch is provided complimentary battery replacement for the period of coverage, subjected to the terms and conditions. A copy of the receipt or dealer stamp is required for proof of purchase.

All watches have 2 years warranty with free battery replacement, except for the following brands:

• Alcatel , Fit Bit , Polar , Pebble - no free battery replacement

The warranty does not cover:

1. Case, crystal, strap or bracelet
2. Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
3. Water damage unless marked “water-resistant” (Water damage of leather strap is not guaranteed in any circumstances)

The warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
